1988 Chevy Silverado Fuel System (?)

Truck will not accelerate cold. As engine warms up, will gradually be able to give it more gas until finally can run at highway speeds. Even once warmed up, do not have full power for a hard acceleration, as if running out of gas or on less than all cylinders. Have changed: fuel pump, fuel filter, ECM, catalytic converter, exhaust, engine temp. Coolant sensor. Have checked vaccuum lines, plugs, wires, cap and rotor. Do occasionally get a "lean" code. Completely stumped on this one.

Have you checked O2 operation? If faulty will run lean causing cold run problem

O2 sensor or relatively new, doesn't necessarily mean it's not faulty. Will replace and try again. Thanks.

Try this get a timming light shoot it at the TBI see inj spray pattern if not even 360 deg that will cause problem
