1994 Chevy S-10 please help

Dont have much money my motor will not turn over I thought it was the starter but had it tested and it was good can u please help me if u need more info I can give it to u

Hello

What happens when you are turning the key in ignition? Does the engine try to crank over or do you just hear a clicking noise? If it is clicking, is it a rapid click or is it just one single click?

Are headlights, interior lights, radio etc. Coming on normally or are they dim and weak?
