Electrical problem
1994 Chevy S-10 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 150, k miles

can you tell me how to change this I asume its the
unit on the steering colum about 8" from the floor I see no screws holding it and can't figure how it would come off it looks like it has 3 wires pluged in it. This will be the 4 one replaced in the last 5 yrs. And the last one in 4 months. I don't have a problem anyone making a dollar but its been running $160 - $185.00 for this and the switch is only $26.00 any help I would be grateful

Do you have column shift or floor shift?

#42 is the switch.

Mine is the colum shift it looks like the switch is outside on mine but after looking at the diagram does that mean i'll have to take the colum apart?
