1991 Chevy S-10 Fuel System loses prime overnight

I have to prime fuel system to start truck in the morning. After I do this, the truck runs fine all day. Starts fine, runs smoothly. The rear fuel pump and filter has been replaced.

Sounds like you need to replace the fuel pump relay. This is what primes the tbi on cold starts. Hope this helps

Agreeing with tim on this one, but like to add that a TBI vehicle is desinged to bleed the pressure when the engine is off.
