1995 Chevy Monte Carlo car wont start

I replaced the fuel pump the car now has fuel pressure and spark the car tries to but will not start.

Check the actual fuel pressure with a fuel pressure tester designed for your system if okay might want to check for injection pulses at the injector/s harness conenctor with a noid lite. No injection pulses you won't get fuel to the cylinders.
