2004 Chevy Malibu CLASSIC, 62,100 miles, automatic.
My car has trouble starting. Sometimes it cranks, but doesn't start. I have to keep turning it and turning before it startes. It doesn't appear to be the battery. The " tones" (i.E, seatbelt tone, door ajar tone) now sound totally different. Also, once I unlock my door with my door unlocker, and get in and shut the door, the horn automatically beeps a couple quick times. What could be the problem?
Further, last night I was dropping off movies. My daughter tried to unlock the door to get out (Car was still on, in drive-I had the brake on), and it wouldn't unlock! I had to fiddle with the door locker on my side. So, basically, car won't start sometimes without repeatedly turning the key, and the electrical/power supply to my dash, and even locks, has a mind of its own. HELP!
