1995 Chevy Lumina V8 Automatic

I BELIEVE THE STARTER IN MY CAR IS NOT WORKIN BUT IM NOT TO SURE. I THOUGHT IT WAS MY BATTATIE BUT THE WINDOWS, HEADLIGHT, AND RADIO ALL WORK! WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM?

Well this could be a batt, still even if other accessories work. It takes more amps to turn the starter then everything else. Charge the batt when you know you have a full charge. Try and start it if it clicks possible starter.
