2005 Chevy Impala dash needle displays

The needles for the gas, speed and temperature do not reset to zero. All 3 give crazy info. Like the needle for speed, when you turn off the key it sometimes only goes back to maybe 55 so when you drive 30 miles per hour it says you are going 85. Is there an easy fix? Thanks for your help.

First thing I would do is hook up a scanner, and take it for a drive, this will show if the computer is giving a correct reading for speed or the computer is showing the same as the dash, it could be a bad ground in the cluster or speed sensor.
