2004 Chevy Impala 6 cyl Automatic

Hello,
I bought my car a few months ago and everything was working fine. Now my speedometer, fuel gauge, and I believe it is the heating gauge are not working at all. My speedometer went first. I noticed it would skip ahead or below my actual speed I ws going but it would always readjust its self and one day it just bottomed out at nothing. Then the heating gauged bottomed out at nothing and now myfuel gauge has bottomed out at nothing as well. Nothing else seems to be broken. What could be the problem?

I think that you may have a bad instrument panel cluster. If the needles are pointing down, the motors have failed.

Depending on where you live a rebuilt cluster could run a couple hundred dollars. There is a slight chance you could you a wrecker cluster but the bad thing is that the mileage and settings will be off and then it has to be programmed after being installed to configure it to the vehicle.
