2005 Chevy Equinox 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic

I need to know what the fuel pressure should be.

The car runs sluggish especially after it warms up. It jumps and bogs down to around 30 mph.

The fuel pressure for your car is 50-60 psi and here is how you test for it.
