How do you adjust the fuel to air mixture on this type carburator. I know to adjust idle first, then the ratio of fuel to air. But how?

Look at base of carb on front. Below fuel ine right where it meets intake. Do tou see two screws one on left, one on right? Or do you see like a silver plug?

Those two screws are the mixture screws adjust according to the instructions I provided but the last forum. Let me know how it goes.
