I recently replaced my battery and ever since I've had problems with my car idiling. When I slow down for a stop sign or to park my car sometimes stalls. I was told my car needs to learn to idile again. Is there anything I can do?

The idle relearn procedure requires a scan tool which most people do not own. There are a few other things to try to get the idle relearned, but ultimately its easiest and best to use a scan tool. Try this. Turn the key on without cranking for 3 seconds, turn key off for 10 seconds, turn key and start engine. If this does not work than you can just drive it around for awhile and the idle should relearn itself over time.
