I hear the fuel pump kick on and run

Won't start I am not getting enough fuel to start it I have changed the fuel filter and the pressure regulator and still nothing. I dump gas into the throttle body and it starts and runs till it runs out of gas but I hear the fuel pump kick on and run what should I do

Hello,

Have you tested to see if the pump is producing correct amount of fuel pressure?
Should be between 50-60 PSI with key on, engine off.
