2001 Chevy Blazer regarding my heating system

2001 Chevy Blazer Engine Size unknown Two Wheel Drive Automatic 139000 miles

when I i put my heat on full blast it is very cold like I turned on the air. When it's on low it's just mildly cool. I need to know whats wrong with it and if I can fix it myself.

Check your coolant temp on the gauge while driving, It should be around 180-210degrees F. If not, replace the thermostat and flush the coolant.
