there is a clunking sound while driving almost like driving on a flat tire, but tire is fine. I thought it might be wheel bearings. I wonder if I have a tumor in the tire. There are bald. I need my car but don't know where to have it towed. Can you give me some idea where to start?

You didn't mention if it's 4 wheel drive or not as it could be a axle shaft as well as a wheel bearing or driveshaft u-joints. It also could be a bulge in the tire or one of them that can do that. They would find out if you got tires for it. Especially if you take it to a tire store where they also do repairs.
