1996 Chevy Blazer fuel pump problems

I just bought this vehicle it had a bad fuel pump, I replaced the fuel pump but in doing so one of the connectors to the tubes that hook to the fuel tank broke. I cannot figure out to take this hose off, I thought maybe you could help.

Are you talking about the vacuum hose in the front of the gas tank?
