Vehicle starts will run for a few minutes or upto 45min our so. Then it will just shut down. It will turn over and may start or it will turn over and not start. We have replaced the battery, the fuel pump and the fuel inline. My husband doesn't know what else it could be. I don't think I can get it to a service center without calling a tow truck. What do you think could cause it? We have also had what is called the "Spider" replaced on it 2 times in the last 5 years.

Check the fuel pressure it should be 60-66psi if okay
disconnect a sparkplug wire or 2 and ground it to the engine -have helper crank engine over-do you have a snapping blue spark? If so-you have a fuel problem, check the fuel pressure to rule out the fuel pump/pressure regulator and listen to the injector/s are they pulsing or hook up a noid light. No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil, distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors- e fuel pressure it should be 60-66psi if okay-
