Both lights are on, and I have checked gas cap making sure it is secured when driving vehicle hesitates or shuts off at stops and when moving it jerks and bucks around 50-60 MPH but will smooth out some over 60.

The first thing we need to do is run the codes to see what comes up to see if the problems are related. This guide can help:

Next, I would remove the gas cap to see if the sealing o ring is in good shape and for the stalling problem I would do a tune up while replacing the ignition coils. This is a common problem on these engines.

Service the throttle body as well.

Check out this video of the job being done. Make sure you do the rear cylinders.

Please go over these guides and report back.
