Bought a couple weeks ago had spark plugs and wires changed, fuel filter changed, distributor cap and rotor changed. Light came back on. Has just a small rough idle and a little lag in changing gears when picking up speed to enter highway.

Lets run the codes to see what comes up.

This is common when the ignition distributor goes out. To confirm the issue remove the distributor cap and look for rust colored dust. If found here is how you can change the distributor out I would get a rebuilt unit from Amazon (high quality only). Check out the diagrams (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.

I took it to a Honda dealership and they changed the distributor cap and rotor. The spark plugs and wires and fuel filter were also changed. They said when they ran the scan there was a 1, 3, and 4 misfire. I was told to ask if my specific vehicle has a coil pack and the dealership said no, but when I look it up online it says it does. If it does, could this be why the engine light is still on?

I do not know if they cleared the codes. But I did take it to advance auto and they scanned the codes for me and they read as. PO7O5 Transmission Range Sensor. PO303 Cylinder 3 Misfire. PI399 Misfire Detected. The Honda dealership did not say anything about the PO705 code, only the cylinder 3 misfire and said the distributor cap and rotor would take care of it.

It sounds like you have may have an injector out. to be sure this guide can help figure out what's going on. Please start another thread on how to change out the transmission range sensor.
