My check engine light came on. So I did the engine check for the codes and what I think it showed was a 3 and 5, but I found a vacuum line off. So I fixed it and the light went off. But today it came in again and then went off after the engine warmed up. So what could it be?

Hello,

If the code is 35, then the Direct Trouble Code[DTC] is for a faulty radiator fan relay. The correct way to pull the codes is with an OBD 1 code reader which you can purchase at any auto parts store or online from Ebay or Amazon at a reasonable price. I have included in the diagrams down below the list of DTC's for your vehicle as well as the cooling fan wiring diagram for you. Please go through these guides and get back to me with what you find out.

Thanks,
Alex
