Blows cool air when going at constant high speed 55 to 70 mph. Changed A/C condenser, as per mechanic.

Hi Kevin,

This could also be a fan issue or a low Freon issue. When you recharged the system did you pull the system into a vacuum? If not then you have moisture in the system and this will cause what you are seeing.

If you did evac and recharge it properly then get your pressures on the high and low side and we can go from there. Here are videos and guides to show you how to recharge your air condition system and find the charge port.
