Hello,

This vehicle is equipped with two catalytic converters.
One is part of the exhaust manifold, and the second one is under the vehicle in line with the exhaust.

Here are a couple of helpful guides on catalytic converters:

I have attached diagrams for your reference.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you.

I suspect a clogged cat because I have no pedal response, which of the cats are more likely to be the cause of this? I am hoping it’s not the one on manifold.

It is tricky to guess which one. I have seen it happen on both the primary and secondary catalytic converters.

Here is one thing you can try, that can help you determine which one.
Use an infrared thermometer and measure the exhaust temperature. Measure the temperature just before and after the converter. If either of the converters is clogged, the one with the clog will have significant temperature difference between the inlet and outlet, due to restriction of air flow.

Well, it’s hard to do measuring it cause it barely runs.

I understand, the other option would be to remove the converter and inspect the inside. Typically a clogged converter will have damaged honeycomb inside, which leads to restriction.

Be kind of hard to remove the converter on the manifold by engine.

Is there any error codes that you are getting due to clogged converter?
Is the check engine light on?
Having the code can help with the diagnostics.
