If I spray into air filter it will but runs rough and won't run long. The ignition won't turn all the way back. I have to keep sticking straw up under to push the little thing under ignition.

Good morning,

You have a fuel delivery issue if it starts with the spray in the filter.

Can you hear the pump run with the key on?

Do you have a volt meter to do tests to see if the pump has power?

I highlighted wires you need to check for powers and grounds.

No it only did that once. The ignition won't turn back all the way when you shut the car off. You can take the key out and still try and start. Also I have to push down the shift lock release button next to shifter.

That is a different issue and may not be related to the engine running condition.

Most likely the ignition switch will have to be replaced for that issue.
