Car will not start

It turns and sometimes gives a little chug but most the time it turns over and just spins. I've replaced the battery, the starter, the timing belt, timing chain, spark plugs, oil, and coolant. The obd reader comes up with a fuel pressure regulator control circuit 2. Oh yeah, I changed the fuel filter too. Please help me get this car started.

Welcome to 2CarPros.

First, are you certain the timing belt was correctly installed and timing isn't an issue? Also, have you confirmed fuel pump pressure? Have you checked engine compression to confirm timing?
