2006 A4 6 speed quattro wouldnt start after 3 weeks being parked lights go on inside but hear cracking sound from engine bay.

Check to make sure the battery terminals are clean and tight. IF they are and the starter is good, check for power to the solenoid on the starter when the key is in the start position. If you get 12V, have the starter checked.
