Car will not start

I got a alarm put on and I unhook battery cables when hook battery cables back up park lights stay on. Car won't start and alarm lights is blinking.

Hello,

You should probably have whoever did the alarm install recheck their work. It would be impossible for us to run down an aftermarket alarm system problem that someone else installed. Where did you have the install done at and what type of alarm system is it? Please let us know what you find out.
