Engine will not crank over?

Okay, I have the car listed above and it won't crank or start. I have replaced the alternator, the battery, the starter, the fuel rail, the upper intake manifold, fuses, and relays. My anti-theft system keeps preventing the car from starting. I have reset the brain, tried bypassing the theft system and have reset the settings and everything using the display button. Nothing has worked please help. I have tried disengaging the anti-theft system. I've tried resetting everything. 259,113 is the mileage and I also replaced the ignition control module. And that when I go to start it it's like it just loses all power when turning the key, but power comes back in the car after I quit turning the key.

First, I would have the battery load tested or you can use this guide below. If the battery comes back okay, I would replace the positive battery cable and check to make sure the negative cable is connected to the engine block, and it is clean and free from corrosion.

Here is how to change out the positive cable in the diagrams below. Also, I would double check the starter motor, it could be defective.
