Car will not crank

Just replaced the engine an everything is hook up a good battery. When you turn key on it is good when you go to start it shuts off everything. Will not crank, nothing.

Hello,

It sounds like the starter motor has gone out. Use a test light on the trigger wire of the starter when cranking the car if it lights up the starter is bad here isa guide to help you do the test look toward the bottom of the guide.
