Car will not start

New battery and starter. When I try to start the vehicle there is now power. The headlights work, but there is absolutely no power on the inside of the car. No radio no power to the windows or dash board at all. Please help me figure this out?

Good morning,

The first thing I would do is to check the battery. You need 12.6 volts for it to correctly power up the car.

I would also clean the battery cables inside and outside to be sure there is a good connection.
