The rebuilt engine started and ran, now it will not start?

HI THIS info is not apply to dodge avenger mi car have different wires colors there is no black, the one on picture is yellow, blue strips. I found faulty speed sensor, (replace)and check all the wires nothing is brook, mine next guess is pcm on trans side, thanks
