Hello! I have the car listed above hatch dx that’s been giving me battery charging problems. The battery is new about two weeks old. The alternator was just replaced this Friday. Got the alternator from rock auto. Any ideas? I tried to turn on the car this morning and the battery would tick would I would turn the ignition.

Hello,

This could be a problem with your starter solenoid. The starter solenoid is built into the starter and allows the electrical current to energize the starter. It is like an on/off switch. When it goes bad when you turn your ignition switch to start you will just hear a clicking noise as the solenoid tries to engage. I have included a few links for you to go to below. The first is just to make sure your battery is still okay.
