Bought 92 caddy had been sitting for a while. Drained water out of gas tank. Did tune up. Changed fuel filter. Error codes suggest no problem but car is breaking up like it wants to stall. Poor gas mileage.
Error codes suggest no errors --could it be computer or maybe because I didn 't put premium gas. My son has been spending hrs trying to diagnose problem. This is the first car i've had in years and although it does drive I don't want to make situation worrse. Yeah i'm a female. Help guys

The heading says whistling problem, but nothing in the question. A whistling noise could indicate a vacuum leak, which may cause some running problem. The premium fuel is not required, it should do fine on regular. You could have dirty fuel injectors, if the tank had poor quality fuel in it.
