Do you mean it cranks over and refuses to start or won't crank at all.

You can jump pin A to B on the diagnostic connector and read off the flashes and comeback with the DTC's

Squirt carb cleaner in the throttle while someone turns it over, if it starts its fuel, if it doesnt its spark

push off and warmer on the heater controls with key in the on position. Write them down and post them
