1992 Cadillac Deville will not start?

1992 cadillac deville 4.9 will not start after replacing alternator. So then I replaced battery and starter and still will not start. Im not sure why?

Does it crank and not start, or not even crank?
What is the status of the security indicator, is it on solid?

The next check would be for signal at the starter, it comes on the small wire(small stud). This can be done with a test light. If it is not getting a signal, the next most probable cause would be a failed ignition lock cylinder, where the wires that carry the key value to the VATS module have broken.
