1989 Cadillac Deville Service engine

On my car the service engine came on and so I googled how to get the code for the car and I came up with these numbers

After the first display of 'e' codes, it should have displayed 'e.E' and then a code. That is the code that triggered the light. F48 I know, is a BCM code that relates to a/c low refrigerant. Try and get the 'e.E code, and we'll focus on that.

Um I try the code thing again and it never said e.E it just said the codes I put previously. I may be doing it wrong?

Try this. After you have ran diagnostics and system is at 7.0, press and hold 'off' and 'lo' until either e0.0 or f0.0 is displayed. Regardless of which one clears, press 'off' and 'hi', to clear the other one. What you are doing is clearing the codes, and by 'lo/hi' I mean fan not temp. Cycle the key, start, drive until your check engine light comes on(it may come on immediately if a hard fault exists). Run your diagnostics and refer that code.
