A/C pulley has frozen up. Can I bypass it? And if so what size of belt?

Hello,

It will depend on the belt routing and position of the compressor.
What size engine does your 300 have? 2.7L, 3.5L or 5.7L?

Since there was no factory option without the A/C, there is no size listed on the catalog.
To find out what size belt you need, you will have to use a string/rope and route it just like the belt would have, just don't go around the A/C compressor. Then measure the rope to find the size that you will need.
If you can route the string without it touching the AC pulley, then you can install a belt safely. If it touches the AC pulley, then the compressor must be removed before installing a belt to bypass it.
