My 2004 Chrysler 300M's heater fan runs on high constantly. No control over it at all.

Check and test the blower switch and the blower motor resistor

Ok, now, where would I find this blower switch? The back side of the control panel? And would the resistor be there as well?

You need a repair manual to locate/remove and test these components-its not a simple task-
