1995 Buick Lesabre Radio Lock up

I have a 1995 Buick LeSabre. Recently I changed the battery. When I reconnected the battery, I found the radio was locked. I do not know the code to unlock it. Does anybody have any ideas how to unlock the radio?
Your help is greatly appreciated.

You will need to contact your local dealer to get the unlock code. There will be a small cost to obtain the code.
