Cruising on freeway, suddenly all gauges and radio drop or turn off, headlights and heater remain on and dash lights couple maybe thirty seconds pass, (truck remains running fine, cruise control still on) everything comes back up and on?

I would start by checking the connections at the battery and the grounds at your left and right kick panel areas of the body, also have the charging system tested. If these check to be good, press on the interior fuse panel to see if anything changes, the fuse panel is a known failure point. Sometimes wires or pins get shoved into the fuses for access of voltage to power an accessory, and as a result the fuse pins get spread and will not make good contact anymore. Here a few job aids that might help: https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-a-car-alternator https://www.2carpros.com/articles/everything-goes-dead-when-engine-is-cranked https://www.2carpros.com/articles/car-battery-load-test https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-a-car-fuse

Thanks. It may be fuse panel, as I had gear maybe crammed next or into it. Very helpful regardless.
