I am lost I think I need front pads. Thank you!

Replaced master cylinder, bled brake lines four times and pedal is still going to the floor. I am lost I think I need front pads. Thank you!

You could be correct that pads need replaced at this point however, here is a guide that will help with this issue and another guide that will cover how to bleed the brakes in case you are missing something:
