Timing belt cover and intake manifold Bolt size needed?

I recently took my timing belt cover off as well as my intake manifold to replace seals and gaskets. I didn't label the bolts, so what size bolts do I use? Does anyone have a diagram or picture of what bolts (with sizes) go where?

I am worried but they do not show this information, in general if the bolt or nut fit that will work, if the bolt it too long or too short don't use the bolt in the that location if you want to upload images we can help.
