1992 BMW 325 Won't Start

Engine Mechanical problem
1992 BMW 325 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Installed new engine because old one was frozen. Compression is 25 75 0 and 100 will turn over but won't start. Not sure about computer codes, but it has a new dash and I think he installed a new computer. Open for options.

Check for pressure at the fuel rail and see if there is a signal at an injector.

Also check to be sure the fuel supply and return hoses are in the correct locations.
