Replacing ball joints. Makes a squeaky weird noise when turning a will or sometimes hitting ruts in road. When hot outside I notice more. Local mechanic said to replace ball joints. What all do you replace when replacing ball joints?

Normally a ball joint, but on this car it may be part of an assembly depending on whether it is upper or lower and it has to be aligned after replacement.
