I changed the 7.5 fuse under the hood, and it was working again. After about three days or so the fuse blew out again. Then I went and changed it again and it did the same thing. Why does the fuse keep blowing out and what can I do to fix this problem for good? Is it okay if I put a higher amp fuse in like a 10amp fuse instead? Or will that cause more problems with my electrical system?

That fuse powers a couple of different circuits as well as the seat belt controller, the attached shows the two that are part of the seat belt system. As for using a higher fuse, that would cause a problem due to it blowing frequently. It sounds like there is an intermittent short in one of the circuits fed from that fuse.
