ATC panel has no lights. The controls appear to function. I hear the blower but do not feel air anywhere but I can't feel.

This sounds like a couple possible issues so we are going to need to check voltage on a few circuits. The way this works is the HVAC module that has all the buttons and display, gets power from the power module. However, the lights have their own power feed from the interior lighting circuit. So we need to find out what we have on those circuits. You should have 12 volts on both wires when the lights are on.

If you do then the module is the issue. If not we have another issue that we are going to have dig into.

Let me know what questions you have and we can go from there.
