At times when I take off it seems to jump in gear/ not smooth at times?

I started to have transmission trouble with less than 160,000. Took it to a reliable shop and also got a second opinion. Both places could not believe it and said these are supposed to basically last forever. The shop had a hard time finding one. They did and had a remanufacture one put in. It is now 2023. I have not done a transmission fluid replacement and filter or a flush yet. About 2 months ago. I noticed that auto repair shops have to without me telling them. At times when I take off it seems to jump in gear/ not smooth at times. What do you think may be the problem and should I or a shop do the above? I know about 60,000 on the remanufactured transmission.

The first thing I would do is check the transmission fluid level, it could be low, this guide can help:

Next, I would run the codes because I have seen the input shaft sensor go bad and cause this problem, but the scan should help confirm the issue.
