I have replaced my alternator at least three times and what's happening is my SRS light will come on and the speedometer goes crazy and then my car just won't start anymore. This time I changed the alternator to an OEM and still did nothing and now the speedometer just goes crazy and the alternator smells like its burning. At this point I have no clue what to do.

This could happen when the battery is shorting out internally, I know it may still work but charging the battery is another story. I would change the battery out for a new one.

Here is how with instructions below for your car:

Please run down this guide and report back.

We found out what happened and when I changed the alternator the wires got caught on my driveshaft and they ripped off. But now I have soldered them back and now my speedometer does not read my speed. Idk if it could be the speed sensor.
