1999 Honda Civic car not start and stall

Somertime my 1999 honda civic will not start, when I inserted ignition key and turned the key to on position, normal the low oil pressure light, charging system light, check engine light all three light come on, but somertime the check engine light not come on and then turn the key to start, the car will not start up, I repeat turn key to on and turn back to accessory position few time and the all three light come on then turn key to start position, the car will start up, and somertime my car stall even when drived, any help is appreciate.

Ignition switches are common failing items. However the check engine light troubles me. You have have a weak connection at the ECU ground on the thermostat housing, or a failing ECU.

Thank you for answered my question, that is no trouble code return, I alreadyed replaced the ignition switches, but still somertime can not start up, where is the themostat house location, how can I to determine ECU is culprit, any help are appreciate.
