The air conditioner has been working off and on, now it's off again. Fuses are good.

Hello,

Does it blow air at all? or is it just blow hot air?
Can you hear the compressor kick in?
The compressor is controlled by a relay. That relay is located in the fuse box under the hood (see diagram).
Check that relay. Check for any corrosions on the relay or burnt pin.
You can also test the relay as well.

Please let me know little bit more information.

Thank you.

Hi,

The first thing that comes to mind is low Freon. Have you checked to see if it's low? There is a low-pressure sensor that will prevent the system from operating if pressure is too low. You could be right at that point.

First, take a look through this link and let me know if it helps.

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/car-air-conditioner-not-working-or-is-weak

Next, if you determine that Freon may be needed, here is a link that explains how to do it. It's actually easy to do.

Let me know if that helps or if you have other questions.

Take care,

Joe
