Air conditioner does not get cold

Air blows hot but refrigerant can says filled but not cooling.

Hello,

It sounds like you have a compressor that is not working or a temperature blend door actuator that is not working. Can you start the engine and turn the system on wait two minutes then feel the large refrigerant tube headed from the firewall to see if it is cold?
